JEWELRY BUFFER

This variable speed, compact unit comes equipped with a 1/4 HP Ball Bearing DC motor with 115 /220VAC converter and it has plenty of torque and stability even at the lowest speeds. the jewelry Buffer measures just 14" X 12" X 8" and weighs 10 lbs. It also has a receptor for a shop vac built into the back. The unit comes complete with right and left handed spindle and two each 3" muslin buffs. the variable speed ranges from 400 to 3400 RPM. 4" - 5" TRIM SAW

The 4" - 5" Trim Saw is the perfect machine for trimming out cabochon pre-forms and valuable faceting material. The large 9" x 6 1/4" table has no inhibiting lip, making it easy to trim oversized slabs. the blade cover can be raised if necessary to accommodate larger pieces. the front splash guard is removable. The saw housing is made from unbreakable cross-linked polyethylene and the housing is guaranteed for life. the 1/4 HP variable speed direct drive motor is fast enough to use ultra thin diamond blades and powerful enough for sintered diamond blades. the removable table top makes clean up quick and easy. 6" TRIM SAW

Our 6" Trim Saw is ideal for trimming facet material, opals and rock slabs of all types. The saw table has a large working area measuring 15" x 9". The durable housing is made of unbreakable cross-linked polyethylene which cannot rust. The housing and all plastic parts are guaranteed for life. This unit is equipped with a heavy duty direct drive permanent magnet 1/4 Hp motor with sealed ball bearing. The RPM ranges from 400 to 3400.  Made in the U.S.A.   ADD $65.00   FOR 220 V /AC

Our 10" slab saw is an addition to the saw line for cutting the larger stones into more manageable pieces. The large saw table gives you plenty of room and allows some "carving" ability. It comes complete with a vise and adjustable sled to allow repeat cuts. The 1/3 HP motor provides plenty of strength for large cuts. The saw turns at 1740 rpm. The durable housing is polyethylene and can be emptied from a 1" plug in the side. Empty it is easy to move. Full it provides a strong stable base to work with.

  VISE ASSEMBLY

The Vise Assembly is an adjustable guide that allow for accurate precision cuts. Wing nuts are tightened to clamp the work piece securely in place. The carriage advances slowly to feed material evenly into the blade. the Vise Assembly is designed to fit our 6" Trim Saw. It is easily installed by bolting into place.  Made in the U.S.A.
