Hi-Tech Diamond ball-shaped diamond burs are perfect for carving, grinding and pre-forming both hard and soft material such as glass, stones, ceramics, bone and metals. Each bur has a 1-1/2" long mandrel shank that's 3/32" in diameter and conveniently fits into a Foredom, Dremel with 3/32″ collet or any flex shaft hand piece that accepts 3/32″ diameter shank. Choose from ten different diameter sizes, 1 mm through 10 mm. Burs are sold individually.

Each Hi-Tech Diamond ball diamond bur is evenly electroplated with 120# diamond grit and impregnated onto steel, providing excellent quality for carving, grinding and pre-forming glass, stones, ceramics, bone and metals. The diamonds are locked into place to provide an extremely aggressive grinding rate. Simply lubricate with clean water before and during use.

Please note: The diameter size refers to the approximate maximum width of the bur. On smaller bur diameters, the shape is less defined due to the small size.

'A Very Pleased Customer' giving a five-star review

I recently located your website on the Internet by typing into my search engine something to the effect of 'diamond bits for use in woodcarving.' My need was for fine-grit bits with the smaller shaft size of 3/32 inch, which would fit the handpiece for my high-tech, high-speed grinder. I'm an active wood carver and someone who has purchased different shaped diamond bits for around thirty years from various retail suppliers to use in my Gesswin, power tool. Buying from those sources and paying the extra markup they add to the product, makes each individual bit very costly. When I first placed my recent order with Hi-Tech Diamond, I felt I was taking a gamble and wasn't really sure what I'd be receiving based on the extremely reasonable pricing. When my long list of diamond bits, of various sizes and shapes, arrived in the mail from your company, I was thrilled. They're exactly what I wanted. I'm sure they will perform to my expectations, so I can continue to complete my detailed carvings of different award-winning sculptures. I only wish I'd known about your company years earlier. My recommendation to anyone out there who is in the market for quality diamond bits, being a wood carver myself requiring fine detail and smooth finishing, would be to order your diamond bits at a very reasonable price from Hi-Tech Diamond. You will not be disappointed. Ed Hearn...North Carolina

Good tool but didn't last long

My application for this tool was tough grinding on quartz. The tool did the job but did not continue cutting for very long.
