Great little set up

This little dop station reminds me of a Hot Tub for rocks! It's too cute. The station works really well to heat the dop and the rock at the edge so you can dip the warmed stick into the hot wax and gather the dop . I will need smaller sticks as my cabs are small for my jewelry but no worries, dry sticks can be had easily. Altogether, I would urge you to buy this set up, no open flames to singe your body hair.... (long story)

Works Great

This worked better than expected. It heats evenly and the wax stayed put; no stones popping off the sticks.
The customer service was very helpful too. I needed more wax and they were able to get it added to my order.

Loud Crack Sound

I have been getting accustomed to this station and it seems a good station. I just have one concern. There have been times when there is a loud crack/pop sound coming from it when it is warming up and then again when it is cooling down. I hope there isn't a cause for this sound and that it will go away eventually.
