Hi-Tech Diamond extended warranty
Protect yourself against unexpected problems and costly repairs with our extended warranty program! In the event that your Hi-Tech Diamond machine needs to be repaired outside of the one-year manufacturer warranty, you can feel confident that your purchase is covered.
Our extended warranties extend the one-year manufacturer warranty that comes with all Hi-Tech Diamond motorized equipment. This includes the 4"/5" Trim saw, 6″ Trim saw, 10″ Slab saw, All-U-Need rock/mineral model, All-U-Need glass/crystal model, Slant Cabber rock/mineral model and Slant Cabber glass/crystal model. Choose from either a one- or two-year warranty extension. This extended warranty will begin when the one-year manufacturer warranty ends, which is one year after the purchase date of your Hi-Tech Diamond machine.
If you’re purchasing this extended warranty with a Hi-Tech Diamond machine (which we highly recommend), please register your machine once you receive it. If you’ve recently purchased a Hi-Tech Diamond machine and want to add this extended warranty, we require that you register your machine first. This allows us to verify your proof of purchase. You have up to 45 days from the purchase date of your Hi-Tech Diamond machine to add this extended warranty.
This extended warranty is a virtual product. Once you place your order, your Hi-Tech Diamond machine details will be entered into our extended warranty database so there are no additional steps you have to take. For complete details on our extended warranty and for your own personal records, download the Hi-Tech Diamond extended warranty terms and conditions.
Important note: If you purchased your Hi-Tech Diamond machine through a dealer, we require a copy of your invoice to verify that the extended warranty purchase is within 45 days of the purchase date of your Hi-Tech Diamond machine.
Process for ordering works just fine. Since I still haven"t received a document tying my order for extended warrantee to my 6 inch saw. Guess I'm not sure I actually have anything that would prove I have a warrantee. If that is still in the mail, then I'm very satisfied. If not forthcoming, then I'm confused as to whether or not I actually have the proof I'll need two years down the road. Can you clarify for me? Thanks.
